Confederation’s operative ensures televised announcement
Confederation of States operative Colonel Anthony Williams waits outside the Pentagon’s Chiefs of Staff’s conference room, close to the elevators, until all seven Chiefs are seated, and the TV screens of the hijacked transmission signal are operational. Colonel Williams descends down the elevator after seeing all is a go only to faintly hear sirens and sees the flashing of red lights which has the Colonel temporarily detained by Pentagon security as the elevator door opened at his designated floor along the drive to his life “safe house,” Colonel Williams notices a woman in distress standing beside her automobile waving a handkerchief; she was a co-worker from years prior. His stop-to-help rekindles an old casual, yet both wanting more, relationship which results in a life-changing event.
